The secrets I keep- they weigh me down. The burrow into the soul and shine through the eyes. The place a mirror up to every living person. Questions, questioning, what is truth, what is myth and what is a careful detour past all that is known. Only the rain can wash away the pain anymore until I feel your kiss on my lips and your hands on my breast, opening my heart and keeping me alive, breathing life into my soul once again.
